Accommodations & Policies
We are honored you have given us the opportunity to provide you with the highest quality beauty services & treatments. We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff of hair designer’s colorists, nail technicians & make up artists. We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Evangelin a boutique Salon does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.
When To Arrive
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out any forms and getting settled.Most importantly to enjoy a relaxing shampoo without compromising your hair styling time.
Cancellation
The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. The salon reserves the right to charge 50% off services cancelled without 24 hour notice. Some services will require a credit card to hold your reservation at time of scheduling appointment.

Stylist Levels
Evangelin A boutique Salon offers a multi-level price structure. The progression of Stylist Levels is determined by the stylist’s years of experience, advanced education and demand for service. The advanced levels represent the core talent of our salon. All stylists are proficient and accomplished in every aspect of hairdressing.All New Talent Stylists are licensed stylists and have completed their foundation course at Evangelin a boutique Salon
Pricing
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change depending on length and difficulty of style or color service.
DEPOSITS
Evangelin a Boutique Salon does require a deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file) in order to secure bookings for groups, appointments spanning more than 3 hours, or for services taking place off-site or out of regular salon hours. If these appointments are not canceled within 72 hours 50% of the deposit will be lost.
*Wedding party of 4 or more must give full week’s notice.
Redo
We will gladly redo any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call with in 7 days to reschedule your appointment. Appointments must be scheduled with the original service provider unless there is a conflict of scheduling. All redos must be scheduled and complete within 2weeks without exception.
*Addition charges may apply for color changes and styling.
Products
We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase with an original receipt.
Boutique Items
All Boutique sales ( brushes, curling irons, jewelry, clothing, accessories , fragrance, candles ,décor, etc) are final sales.
Gift Cards
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption.
Gift Cards may not be refunded for cash.
Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost.
Gift cards cannot be transferred.
Gratuities
Never expected but greatly appreciated all gratuities should be paid in cash when possible. Often times our guests ask how much they should tip? The industry standard is 15-20% of the services provided.
Forms Of Payment Accepted
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks over $100 dollars or give cash for checks.
For Your Protection
We are not responsible for lost or stolen property or damage of any kind to anything due to hair color. We provide robes for the protection of clothing when receiving any services.
General Q&A
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
While we will happily perform services for walk-in clients, we always recommend booking an appointment to ensure that we can accommodate your needs. Thursday through Saturday are our busiest days so best to book ahead.
CAN I BRING MY FRIENDS?
We ask that clients keep “support” guests to a minimum as the salon has limited space. Guests who are not receiving services may be asked to wait in the front reception area if the service area is at maximum capacity.
CAN I BRING MY PETS?
Nope. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any service areas of the salon We’re sorry. We love fur babies too!
Gratuities

We want Evangelin a boutique salon to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation if necessary or outside. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos. While in the shampoo area please refrain from talking or cell phone use so that all may enjoy being pampered.
